Nutella Meringue Recipe

Happy Tuesday!
I bring to you a recipe that I have tried twice.
It isn't the prettiest dessert out there,
but it MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH
Try it out,
you won't be disappointed! 

INGREDIENTS:
1 Tablespoon Nutella 

1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar

2 egg whites (only the whites)

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar


Step 1:
Beat Cream of Tartar and egg whites 
until stiff
(both times I have done this recipe,
my whites have not been quite stiff enough.
I would suggest just continue beating them 
if you have the same problem)


Step 2: 
Add the powdered sugar 
and beat again.
The mix should appear glossy.



Step 3: 
Fold in Nutella.
Be careful not to OVER-FOLD
Only mix until the Nutella is 
pretty well blended.



Spoon batter onto a parchment paper lined 
cookie sheet.
Bake at 240 degrees (F) for 45 minutes 


When they are fully baked,
they should come off paper easily.
They will also break VERY easily,
so handle carefully.

HARD TO STOP EATING!
